In his 15+ years across industry and consulting in North America, EMEA and APAC Raf has developed strong in-depth expertise in technology trends, business models, and behavioral economics. He has led large assignments in multiple countries covering diverse capabilities such as technology strategy development and implementation, organizational design and digital transformation, sales and commercial strategy, IT operating model, technology strategy and program governance and management. Raf is also the UK Markets Marketing Lead. 

A selection of Raf’s key projects has been indicated below:

  • Delivered a Proof of Concept for a mass transit provider in APAC that focused on AI & machine learning patterns to build a Forward Looking Risk Capability
  • Designed an IT Operating Model for a global marketing and advertising client with specific focus on DevOps and SRE to help automation across the technology value chain
  • Delivered a full end-end customer transformation program for a leading entertainment client that improved overall customer experience and streamlined operational and cost footprints
  • Led efforts on an internal ADL acquisition from due diligence through to post-acquisition integration

Outside of work, Raf is an avid sports enthusiast enjoying time on the golf course, skiing and tennis.  He also has a keen interest in organizational behavior and psychology.

When it comes to delivering effective digital transformations, human behaviour is often overlooked in favour of a focus on technology. Based on our experience and research, we outline how organizations can truly engage their people by understanding their behaviors, and consequently, ensure that they undergo successful digital change.
